My Melody Piñata | Hello Kitty Crafts

Hello Friends! Today we’re going to show you how to make this colorful My Melody piñata! You can fill your piñata with candy or small gifts for friends. This piñata will make any occasion feel like a party! We can’t wait to show you how to make this piñata and share some fun facts about My Melody as we craft. Let’s get started!

Materials Needed
Markers
White, black, and yellow construction paper
Glue stick
Tape
Pink streamers
Scissors
Pieces of cardboard
(00:43) Step 1: Draw the shape of My Melody’s head on the cardboard. Cut 2 pieces out.
(01:00) Step 2: Cut 2 long strips of cardboard to make the piñata 3D.
(01:10 ) Step 3: Place the long cardboard along the outside of My Melody’s head. Line up the edge and tape it all around. Leave one section un-taped. Tape the top piece on.
(01:52) Step 4: Make your pink streamers decorations and tape them onto your piñata until completely covered. Trim the sides.
(03:10) Step 5: Cut an oval for her ear and cover it with streamer paper. Glue it onto her head.
(03:30) Step 6: Cut everything out to make My Melody’s face and her bow. Glue everything onto her head. You’re all finished!
