From "Wool to Wonder" super easy felted Fir tree tutorial

Here's a magical felt making tutorial that I created during a winter wonderland journey, this January in the French Alps .
Join me at the beginning of my video to see how I got my inspiration - it's just a wee peek at the magic of snow during my winter vacation followed by a detailed felt making tutorial of 3D feltmaking.
See how easy it is to do a wool craft of felt making in your own home with basic materials such as bubble wrap, soap and water and some sparkly merino wool.
I use builder's membrane ( a flexible plastic used for damp proofing with a knobbly surface which helps for friction whilst felt making) to create a RESIST this is a template which holds the fibres in a shape whilst preventing the fabric sticking together, thus creating a felted 3D shape.
I use a felting rolling pin which is like a normal rolling pin but with notches cut into the wood.
