thank you Jess. this beautiful meditation came at the perfect time. I am very greatfull. it is storming at tip of Africa. very heavy rain and winds. I will weather my storm. I feel strong again. my hands still clutching the feather and ♥. I will them close. I know my mother was here too. she always drops me a soft feather when she is close. I could her gentle breath on my forehead. 🙏
This was one of the best meditations I’ve ever done. A spirit guide joined me and shared a message that sent me through a wave of emotions and I cried intensely. This felt so healing. Thank you for this wonderful guided meditation ❤

Wonderful! We are always supported by those who came before us. So much love from my heart to yours.
This was so powerful. I asked about the true nature of a connection in my life and what I needed to understand about it. First I heard love, everything is love, companionship, and play(mate). Then I heard brother, which initially confused me, but when she held her hands over mine it came through...even before she pressed her finger into my palm I saw a little cracked, red clay heart in my hand, which went away when she touched my palm and then as she was healing me I heard brother wound and the message that I allowed this person to break my heart a little bit over and over, allowing the connection to be on his terms even when it hurts because I admire him....just like I admired my older brother as a child and allowed him to cross every boundary - emotionally and physically - for years in my desperate desire for him to like me, love me, want to spend time with me. When I came out of that insight and her healing, I saw another little clay heart in my palm, this time without cracks. She lifted my palm and pressed the un-cracked heart into my chest. She then put her forehead on mine as she kept her hand on top of mine pressing gently at my heart space. It was so beautiful. I'll be sitting with the insights of this experience for a while. Wauw this was really amazing. All my deceased family members where there as angels and dancing together. Told me they are always there for me just like other spirits. The medicine woman told me all is divine and one. She said I needed to live in the present moment and trust the universe to take care of anything in my path. The second gift was a golden key for opening my heart and soul.

I did this meditation yesterday, and my medicine woman came through like an old witch type energy, but towards the end when her face came in closely, it turned young before my eyes. They where the most beautiful light blue, and had such warmth and a twinkle! She smiled, then her face changed back to being older again. She is so beautiful and tender. I look forward to talking with her again. Inspiring experience 💖✨💖 to say the least!!!!

I have Native American ancestors connected to Saguaro Cactus and the Phoenix Mtn Preserve as well as Sedona, Arizona. Their spirits are housed within the cactus and i have connected with them.Usually the male energies come thru so this was incredibly special to have a female ancestor. i received a large 8 " long rutilated quartz crystal point from her that i used as a Divine Feminine in Atlantis. It was stolen from me and now has been restored as we are into Fixed Star Regulus in Virgo. I cant even begin to find the words of gratitude for this meditation.

Absolutely gorgeous meditation! With the sound of the beating of the drums in the background she gift me the second gift, a coloured rose quarts stone shaped in an heartform and I immediately understood the message!.. Thanks a lot for that guided meditation,it was wonderfull ❤❤❤

I cannot believe that this meditation which I found on TH-cam actually has worked exactly as they said. I saw everything which I expected to and after about a day and a half I realised what gift she gave to me. Its filled me with a lot of piece. The medicine woman revealed to me that growing up without a mother has affected me more than I realized. Not being familiar with that level of unconditional matriarchal love made it difficult for me to be open to the gifts she offered. She showed me that there is a mother shaped hole in my soul. I'll just have to continue working on that, I guess.
Tremendous insight. However, your spirit knew exactly what it was doing when it chose your mother before your birth. So the quickest way to "close up that hole" is to realize that it has been the perfect opportunity for you to become who you are born to be by transcending any limitation you may think you have and finding the blessing in it. Blessed to have the opportunity to find deep nurturing love for yourself now. Blessed with the opportunity to see and sense that matriarchal kind of love easier than others because of your experience. Find what it has blessed you with and see the opportunities that are here for you and the "hole" will no longer exist. So much love from my heart to yours.
My medicine guide healed with messages that violence war and strife is illusion and i wish i could retain that space always ❤

My spirit guide told me to take off my shirt and use it as a bag to hold all the contents of my bathroom and medicine cabinet. Some of the contents weren’t mine, and I was concerned that I would not remember where it all goes to put it back properly. But I kept going. It got heavy and he said keep lifting it and you will get stronger. I’m not sure if this was just a dream and not a spirit guide but afterwards I was traveling fast on a motorcycle which might have been astral projection and perhaps the spirit guide was training me in some subconscious way that my mind would accept or understand. It was a fun dream.

I was hoping to connect with my angels/ guides but instead met myself. The medicine woman was an older wiser version of me. She told me the answers I’m seeking are within and will reveal themselves once I drop my resistance. The gift placed in my hand was a spiral stone which I believe represents the constant cycle of evolution and creation. 🌀
Is this a “normal” occurrence or is it weird that I encountered myself and not my spirit guides?
