- Expensive silver pomfret curry recipe cooking by 15 village ladies to feed 450+ people of village.
Delicious fried pomfret curry cooking in village to feed whole village people.
First village ladies Processing & cutting this huge pomfret fish using traditional fish cutting tools of village "Boti" and then they clean the fish using pure drinking water.
After that ladies added some spice ingredient with pomfret fish and fry the fish in oil pan.
Then they added all types fish curry ingredient in a big pot and prepared the mashala of curry.
Then they added fried fish in the pot.
In the mean time they cooking 70KG rice to serve with fish curry.
All the ingredient name we added with the video as English subtitle.
After finish cooking 15 ladies serve the food to whole village people.
