Just started my journey. I invested 10k. 1k vas, 1k ndq, 2k ethi ETF, 7k across findi, Lovisa, ricegrowers and areit. Lovisa and fnd are my growth individual, reit is in core all ETFS are in core. Going to DCA now for the ETFS.
@ldandco I wouldn't recommend ethereum or any alt coin if you aren't familiar with the crypto market, with that said I'm trying to load up a ton of ethereum right now
@mundanenames9752 it really depends on your entry point into crypto, crypto is more complicated because of the volatility. Buying btc at all time highs at the end of the halving year doesn't really make sense, unless you plan to sell

Focus on your day job - forget about playing stock market wizard. Bitcoin is the answer to the worlds inflation/debasement problems. Not indexes and stock picking. Use it as a savings technology - spend less than you earn, sweep cashflows into BTC (preferrebly spot BTC in cold storage if not an ETF is fine) then focus on the things in life that bring you happiness and retire young. DYOR. Stay away from 'crypto' or shitcoins. BTC is the only true innovation in the space.

The bryceinator and the renegade ren are back at it again! Great content gents ❤
I've started with a small mount in VAS ... starting to think it might have been a mistake 😬
Not a mistake - you started. That’s the main point. You can always switch it over down the track. Well done for getting off the starting line ❤
VGS/VAS is very common investment strategy. So VAS isn’t a mistake, but only VAS for long term may not get the same returns as say DHHF or VDHG.
Tesla or for Oz exposure in Tesla Hyperion HYGG
Or
Bitcoin.

Ethereum!!!
Why Ethereum ? Explain please
Not just say "Ethereum... BAaaaahhh"

bitcoin or LNAS
Eh, super?
Salary sacrifice into super - but also invest outside of super
I'd invest the $5000 in Bitcoin and hold it for a minimum of four years. It will out perform anything that these guys talk about.
I was going to recomend the same thing 100% into spot ETF IBTC = Monochrome Bitcoin ETF on the ASX.
Sell at end of 2025 bull run, reinvest in 2026 bear market. You don't want to hold crypto down into the bear market
Fuck no etfs and time in the market will always win
