He's so smart & he knows what to do with his balloon, just hold on to its string without Dad or Mom have to tie it on his wrist or fingers. I've known a lot of Kids who has to have the string tied on because their balloon will fly away. I was watching him closely to see if he might accidently let go of the string but he didn't. I am so proud of him. He's so small & young but he's responsible to his balloon. I love his button shaped eyes, they're so big & round!
