I am a Kerala boy who doesn't prefer all Allu Arjun movies. Especially his recent movies. Those weren't at my satisfaction level. But I love his energy, action, and dance. I was crazy when Aarya, happy, and Krishna were watched. At the same time, I was shocked when Pushpa got an award for best movie. Is the movie worth such recognition apart from mass entertainment?

Allu arjun was big back in the mid 2000s in kerala...its mostly because of his DANCING SKILLS. Malayalam actresses and actors are one of the best when it comes to acting but most of them arent very skilled dancers and allu arjun sort of filled that gap with his movies. Allu arjun is definitely not a very good actor in my opinion, most telugu actors aren't...they overact most of the time. But when it comes to dance they're unstoppable.
The issue is so called mass movie with larger than life hero’s or anti hero movie can’t place in Kerala cities or villages. If any movies do that Kerala public will not believe that, malayalees know that it is not possible in Kerala due to strict law and order and police present in Kerala. Note that even nowadays hit movie “Avesham” if plot of the movie was in Kerala it will not run. Malayalees can’t relate that story.
