Story of a full car restoration and color change of a 10 year old #Maruthi #swift.
About the color:
This Swift customer wanted a different color on his car. We suggested a dual tone ‘Punchy orange with Ebony black’
i.e body colour is punchy orange from the house of Kia #Seltos and the roof color is #BMW Ebony black We specially added some imported paint tints for which you will never be able to judge the car color in sunlight.
Process:
-Scratches/dent removal
-Sanding and putti filling to fill up the dents
-2 layers of Primer (DuPont 2k primer)
-Double layer of white base coat color
-Single layer of orange coat
-Double layer of Punchy orange & Ebony Black
-Double layer of 2K Clear coat (DuPont 2k clear coat)
-Carbon fiber Hydro graphic pattern in some selected in & out parts
-After painting the car was completely inspected and final paint correction was done
-Cleaned and detailed in & out
-Ceramic coated on exterior paint surface
Result:
The complete process took around 45 days. And the result was astounding!
