    Thanks a lot for explaining in a simple way. The key takeaways screen is covered by the next video and the varsity emblem. Thank you so much for educating many people who don't know about the stock market.

    Why can’t we place a stop loss just 1-2 rupees below the market order so the loss is minimal

    Hello, I have a question about 11:11. I haven't heard clearly is said about the price. Why does the price need to be lower than the trigger price? Thank you.

    • @varsitybyzerodha
      @varsitybyzerodha  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, the price is kept lower than trigger price to ensure order gets filled once it is triggered. Once the GTT is triggered, a limit order is placed which will execute at the price specified or better price. You can learn more about GTT orders here: www.google.co.in/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwiXoYLb6ZeBAxXJe94KHY8lA7cQwqsBegQILBAG&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DxCuwWiW2WLA&usg=AOvVaw28mQ6JkJpn8GQ1eM2UNBjY&opi=89978449

    bro I have a question
    what happens if I place a limit order and modify it and suddenly the stock reaches my limit amount will it buy the stock or pause the order until I'm finished modifying ?

    • @AbeLeon07
      @AbeLeon07 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It won't wait. A message will be displayed, 'Sorry, order cannot be modified as the order was already executed'

    If we sell lets say 20000 stocks in MIS transaction does that influence the movement of price on charts,, 20000 stocks is just an example in this case ,,

    Are cover order available for Nifty and Banknifty Options?

  • @harshadtewani717

    Can i place and CNC order and trade it like MIS on same day to avoid risk of loss?. Like if my speculation is wrong, so i cam carry it , but can i buy a cnc order and short it same day?

    • @varsitybyzerodha
      @varsitybyzerodha  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Harshad, you can do this. However, you will not be able to short as shorting is not allowed on CNC. You can buy and then sell the same day, which will be treated as as intraday trade.

      @@varsitybyzerodha so i can do it even if I haven't recieved delivery on CNC ?.
      Also if i dont have capital can i use PE then use CE ( ONLY ENOUGH CAPITAL FOR OPTIONS) . Like PE Buys me out of thin air or i need capital for those excersizing the PE also?

    My stop loss never get hit, it always goes beyond that, why so. Always have to do manually with double or triple the loss. Firstly cancel the stop loss and then exit at market position
