Sadly no I record vertically for my TH-cam Shorts
@@ChasinTracks Shorts are one of the biggest blights on this platform. Also, you could crop vertically out of landscape mode. You could also look into filming in 4:3 landscape. At least that'd be wider for the full uploads while letting you have a better crop for shorts, too.
You could also just do landscape and do that overlay thing in shorts where the background is a blurred, zoomed in version of the 16:9 shape. You could also do this with 4:3 for the best overall compromise of viewing area in both shorts and full vids.

@@ChasinTracks I can't "tap" anything, I'm on PC. Vertical is garbage. Please research and consider 4:3 landscape filming and doing a blurred+zoomed background overlay for your YT-shorts content. I'll try to look for an example for you, but I already know YT won't let me put links in comments, so...
