I think there is a loading screen in many games to make the game SEEM like it took a lot of time to make and that there is a lot of code involved when really it is just making you wait for some time for something that should only take a second.

Am I the only one who was pretty disappointed in, "Stray"? You can only jump on certain things. I thought I would have free range of motion and jump around and onto whatever I wanted. Very disappointed 😞 thoughts?

Well eqdrive is more like rigid body physics than soft body, it doesn't really deform, it breaks
Softbody term comes from using mass-damper-spring theorem. You can even make a non breaking softbody simulation. Plastic deformation is optional.
