I think for that u have to use high end device which works through 3g location even when gps is jammed, also when your phone does not receive heart beat from that device it will alert u, have not found any device in india yet.

This I am asking you because many service providers does not have connections in villages and interior places. For example, I travel a lot in Kerala and north eastern states where Services of Airtel is very very poor. So in this case whether the GPS system is dependable.
