Wow this video takes away all the stress of learning how to make AIP meals! So simple and informative! Thank you! Please don’t stop making these types of videos! 🙏🏻🤍
I just made the guacamole and plantain chips but I did the plantain chips a little differently. I fried them in the coconut oil like you did but then I took them out onto a paper towel and sprinkled salt, garlic powder, and half lime juice then I baked it at 350 for 5-8 mins. So good! Nice and crispy like chips!
Oh MY goodness thank you SO much!! Just starting on AIP again... as my Rheumatoid Arthritis induced erythema nodosum seems to be starting up again. Wish I had stayed the course! AIP recipes are harder to find so this is HUGE!!
My 9yo started losing patches of hair, they grew back but it happened again last week, so thank you so much. I will absolutely be making these dishes. 🙂
Made my mouth watering as I was watching to the point that I went straight to the supermarket. Made spaghetti squash with ground beef.. I honestly didn't think it was going to be as good as it was, but I still wanted to give it a try. OMG, it was delicious!!! I wanted to try the guacamole with plantains chips, but there wasn't any at the supermarket..
I've seen these AIP videos in my feed but never knew that it would help my alopecia. On top of that didn't know alopecia had things I ate keep me from remission, WOW. I learned something new this morning... This is worth trying to get my hair back and just have energy again. Just think I've been doing keto all this time and should have been doing this after seeing things like pepper, rice vinegar, etc are bad for me. So are all or certain fruits good for me??? I'll research it and learn this all because it's going to be sooo valuable to know in the long run, thnx again.
I loved these tasty simple recipes! I just started AIP so this was super helpful. I made the guac and plantains and the Spag Squash w/ground beef. I have had the Guac and Plantains 3 days in a row now, I love it sooo much. Thankyou for making this video.
Thank you for posting this video (and your other vids regarding AIP and alopecia)! I've just been diagnosed with alopecia, so your videos have been very informative. Thank you!!
Thank you for sharing. I thought that raw onion and garlic are not allowed in Aip coz they might bother the stomach as they do with me. Keep sharing your daily routine in what you eat. 🙏
I am SO weird about food textures too! I don’t love eggs or bananas because they’re too squishy. I always have to combine soft foods with crunchy foods
thanks so much. your video is really helpful. I have suffered from androgen alopicia hairloss for years. i feel so hopeless with my thin hair and baldness. I tried to clean up my meals, firstly I tried vegan diet, eating vegetable and beans, juices, smothies. But my condition become worse. My hair become thinner :( I think that the reason is because i consumed beans. :( Now i start AIP diet. I hope that it 's the correct way to treat my hairloss.
Omg I can't cut off rice/bread out of my diet. Not like I eat it much anyway but I must have it sometime. I suffer from MS and went through some hair loss 😔 I am recovering and trying everything possible to grow the bald spot on my crown tahnk goodness its helping with the moderate AIP diet, excersice, and supplements. Thank you for your kind heart
The one good thing i loved about doingnthe aip diet is the avacados cause i love avacados! 😋 i might do the aip again since i will have my own fridge soon so i dont take up my parents fridge. I felt so much better when i did it and my face was always clear and i lost weight. My face has been extra swollen all the time. AIP doet might help again. Thank you for the recipes! 💓
i enjoyed watching you putting together all the dishes you made. To bad for me... no husband that's a chef or to prep...please do more...no stress either... yaaay...Blessings!
Beccas By The Bay #GlutenFreeWellness I desperately wanted to be s vegan and cute my auto immune issues. It’s just not possible is the sad reality. It sucks, but I also had bad adverse effects on vegan diet
London Libertarian I'm late to this comment but so glad I'm not alone. My lupus is bad being vegan. I cannot have grains or legumes at all because I have irritable bowel disease. I'm going to try this Paleo way.
Maybe it is all the carbohydrates which partly cause the autoimmune issues in the first place? There is probably 1000 different reasons why autoimmune issues rise up, but carbohydrates could be one. And legumes have been always known to be hard to digest.
Good choice Santoku knife :) lovely ideas, but I cannot eat that much fruit and veg in a day. Also mature plane tree is not healthy for me :( I have really poor choice about food right now, hope to feel better in future
I think it depends on what oil you are using. I'd imagine deep frying in coconut oil could get pretty expensive which is why we used a frying pan instead :) the oil you use is important is it should be AIP compliant
Hello I’m 16 I have aleopica areta for all my life idk how to fix this problem idk how to start this diet and the rules plz if can make a bid on the things we can eat thank you xx

thank you for sharing Deepa, these videos are amazing and spread hope to everyone (me included) going through Alopecia... I was wondering if you could introduce your naturopath in Toronto?
I have been researching AIP for a couple of weeks now and about to start the protocol. In my papers bananas are not allowed. I looked up plantains and they have as much sugar as bananas. What are your thoughts on this?
I could eat those 4 recipes every day and never get tired, though with a fruit/veggie shake for breakfast, I would be eating lunch at 10 am! Wooden cooking utensils? No coated fry pans? I thought those were no-no's for autoimmune.

Omg that salad dressing is a life saver. Sooooo good I can actually fully enjoy my salads now 🤗🤗I had it for lunch and dinner today 🤤🤤
That salad looks and sounds amazing. Can't wait to make that.
Oh MY goodness thank you SO much!! Just starting on AIP again... as my Rheumatoid Arthritis induced erythema nodosum seems to be starting up again. Wish I had stayed the course! AIP recipes are harder to find so this is HUGE!!
Okay!!! This is probably the best “what I eat in a day - AIP” video ever 😭 the dishes look so good and so flavourful 😍🤤
That tuna salad looks so high end. And delicious. Can't wait to try it! Thank you. ❤️
My 9yo started losing patches of hair, they grew back but it happened again last week, so thank you so much. I will absolutely be making these dishes. 🙂

Love your AIP recipes. I hope you share more. Thanks
look delicious. Please provide the ratios for the dressing. how much olive oil and apple cider vinegar etc.
Thanks for sharing

Hi Deepa from India 🇮🇳 I am also suffering from alopecia and these videos are blessings thank you so much ❤
Thank you for posting this video (and your other vids regarding AIP and alopecia)! I've just been diagnosed with alopecia, so your videos have been very informative. Thank you!!
All of this looks so good and fresh🥰
Everything looks so good! Gonna be trying all the recipes. Please continue to post. (Tell hubby his knife skills are on point).
Aww thanks! He said thank you as well ☺️
Great vid, simple and look amazing! Thank you!
These recipes look great! Sadly right now I can’t have onion and I’m testing garlic. But I can try some with out and see how it goes.
I love plantain chips, so the snack is awesome…everything really looked delicious. Happy I found your channel
butter lettuce is the best one! and berries are life!
Try to make tostones. Very simple. Must use green plantain though. It's so much better than the yellow version!
Thankyou it help me alot!!!
Awesome! Its OK to not cook the tuna all the way thru?
Did that breakfast fill you up? It seems very light.
Thank you this looks delicious
Thank you for this video! I made the salad dressing! YUMMY!!
Looks delicious! More videos please.
Thank you for sharing. I thought that raw onion and garlic are not allowed in Aip coz they might bother the stomach as they do with me. Keep sharing your daily routine in what you eat. 🙏
If you get the plaintains that are mostly yellow, you can make crunchy chips. Very delicous!
So yummy!!
Try them when they're pure green. That is better. Yellow is too sweet.
Has it helped you with your alapiecia the aip diet i have hashimoto and have to be on aip diet find it difficult but thanks for your receips
Just a tip for people with autoimmune diseases, you may be sensitive to lime so be careful.
@Kylen Cannon nope
You also may be sensitive to garlic if you have lupus.
I am.....
Thank you so much Dixie
I so needed a video like this
the dressing looks so yummy and green!!
It’s so tasty!
I am SO weird about food textures too! I don’t love eggs or bananas because they’re too squishy. I always have to combine soft foods with crunchy foods

Great ideas, thanks for posting!
Thank you for this. Please do more AIP recipe videos!
nice looks delicious thanks for share friend
Thank you so much! I’m so fatigued that this looks like too much work
You earned a subscriber.. I am Indian and this feels totally doable. Thanks!
plantain chips are made with green plantains. They look ripe.
Amazing video , thank you so much

Thank you 🙏
These are good recipes but I go not recommend ground beef for Psoriasis nor limes. I am 100% clear now of Psoriasis but I had to modify.
what modifications did you use? Any other meat or veggies you took out?
Does it matter if it's organic grassfed?
Thank you!!
Please tell me there are more of these videos. Subscribing!😍

Btw i have also tried the avacado and tuna salad with some vinegar dressing and it was delicious!!
Please send me book link about this. Because very diffecult to follow what to eat and protocol
What are the ratios on the dressing?
Great video!!! So nice to see a video without meat at every meal!!
i enjoyed watching you putting together all the dishes you made. To bad for me... no husband that's a chef or to prep...please do more...no stress either... yaaay...Blessings!
super delish
Slice them diagonal (surfboard shape) so you have to slice less and faster to cook
Did the diet help to your alopecia areata??
Do you still follow the aip diet now that your alopecia is getting better?
How long were you on the diet for?
U have to lemon juice after blending.
No bueno using a silicon spatula...recipes look terrific.
Looks good! I'm thinking of going back to AIP. I tried raw vegan & Ive been getting worse. thank you for sharing
It seems like a lot of people develop digestive issues on vegan diets. I've always had success with AIP though! Hope it works out for you!
Also mature plane tree is not healthy for me :( I have really poor choice about food right now, hope to feel better in future
can i use plaintain chips from the store? is that aip friendly
Yes !
Yes more of your AIP diet, more view if you notice🤔
Do you have how much of each ingredient?
I think I can do this but the elimination of black pepper is gonna be hard. Thank god we can have onion and garlic.
Yes I’m funny about textures too
Just starting this diet. Are you still on AIP?
Do you eat 3 times a day or do you keep doing intermittent fasting and eat 2 times a day?
Is it use for hashimoto thyroeid??
Yes. AIP is great for Hashimotos Thyroiditis.
May I ask why tomatoe and black pepper aren’t allowed in the diet?
I suggest that u cook that tuna very very well. Fish pices have tiny worms in them
What happens when you deep fry the plantain chips ? Is it recommened to deep fry ?
I think it depends on what oil you are using. I'd imagine deep frying in coconut oil could get pretty expensive which is why we used a frying pan instead :) the oil you use is important is it should be AIP compliant
I'm allergic to avocado, I love it so much so it's even worse, is there anything else out there with so much fat and nutrition that's equivalent?
Alot of work!!
Hello I’m 16 I have aleopica areta for all my life idk how to fix this problem idk how to start this diet and the rules plz if can make a bid on the things we can eat thank you xx

My naturopath is in San Diego :(
Can I have organic eggs in AIP?
No eggs or dairy.
I have been researching AIP for a couple of weeks now and about to start the protocol. In my papers bananas are not allowed. I looked up plantains and they have as much sugar as bananas. What are your thoughts on this?
Plantains are only high sugar when they are ripe but green plantains are very starchy and almost potato-like. They make great chips!
I thought no onion for AIP diet ??
You can have onion on AIP; however, if you are low roadmap AND AIP then no onions or garlic.
what bullet did you buy, there are so many on line is this the 600 or 900 watt ?
What is the difference between plantain and banana?
Plantain is the “male” is tougher skin and harder. Usually to Cook is better than banana. Try it.
Hai I have lupus and I want to ask u that doctors don’t recommend to eat beef please clearify the reason thankyou
I was told no red meat by my doctor unless it's grass feed and only in moderation.
Arif Husain I have lupus and was told the same. Lots of chicken and omega 3 fatty fish.
Because beef creates inflammation. You are trying to avoid inflammation.
I struggle with textures too. It took me a while to deal with avocado.
Im too lazy to cook 😖😖🥺
I could eat those 4 recipes every day and never get tired, though with a fruit/veggie shake for breakfast, I would be eating lunch at 10 am! Wooden cooking utensils? No coated fry pans? I thought those were no-no's for autoimmune.
What I should have said was wooden cook utensils and no coat fry pans are requisites for autoimmune cooking. My (hypo-brain) bad!
you cn cook everything in oven if you dont have wooden utebsils
That seems like a lot of avocado for one day I'm not sure I wouldn't get tired of it if I ate it two meals a day or more
oh boy..you guys don't mess with the cilantro don't you lol
You did this for just 30 days right? This seems daunting.
Can't eat undercooked meat. Can't do it.☹
Cucumbers are aip? I thought there were no seeds allowed.. cucumber seeds are okay? That's confusing
I’m surprised AIP has fruits? I thought Paleo didn’t back when I did.
Aren’t strawberries and spinach bad? Spinach is high in oxalate and strawberries are a night shade
I would be starving within an hour of eating breakfast
Omk
