Feel incredibly lucky to have grown up with these guys with Horrible Histories and Yonderland. Ghosts has been amazing and I've loved every minute of it, it's one of the best comedy shows I've seen, and a huge comfort show for me. Season 5 was a lovely ending, and can't wait for the Christmas special 🤞🏼
In the past 20 years I would say that Ghosts (UK, not the USA version) is included in my funniest series list - perhaps at the top. I was watching S05E01 last night and laughing out loud. The writers also do an amazing job tugging at the heartstrings too when one least expects it. The whole premise of the show is so fresh and unique. Sad to see it end.
Both shows have their charms. However why even mention the US version when we are obviously on a video featuring the UK version? No one would even think you referencing the US version. It seems like you are overcompensating.
Finished the UK series and watching the US version. Expectations were low as with most adaptations, but it's actually pretty good. It's less subtle and the dialogue seems less genuine than the UK version but I really like their spin on the characters
I wish CBS would play all the seasons of Ghost UK in full. I love this show. It’s impossible to pick one favorite character, since they are all hilarious. The American version just doesn’t do it for me and I’m American.
An American here who started watching the US version first. I'm quite an anglophile so was deliriously happy to find the UK version on streaming. Sadly, I just watched the last season/series. I do hope the US version stays around a few more years.
God I’m going to miss Ghosts…..if only they’d do a Christmas Special each year for us, that would ,for all us fans make us SO SO happy. The ratings would go through the roof and my husband and I would snuggle up on the sofa and almost pee ourselves laughing!! One of the best BBC productions for a long long time.
I can confirm that the toilets are amazing at the house. The floor has sections of reinforced glass and you can see part of the floor that date back to Saxon times.
I'm gonna miss Ghosts a lot 🥺 I absolutely loved gradually seeing the backstories of the ghosts, it was satisfying to finally find out what happened to Kitty and the captain. The show was so entertaining and well written

In a trouble world, Ghosts brought sweetness and innocence, so benign and funny and heartwarming. It's all the good things about us.. apart when Julian tried to murder Alison of course!
We've been to Button House (West Horsley Place) twice this year. First for a walk around and second for a filming tour. The filming tour was centred around Ghosts and opened many of the rooms out of bounds to general visitors. What a fantastic place it is, steeped in history, some of which is so similar to the Ghosts backstory. They filmed everything in the house and grounds so it really was a home from home for them all. I would urge anyone to go.
It took awhile for us to get the last series in the U.S., but I'm going to miss this show so much! I love these actors, and the sweetness behind the show. 💗
Yes it’s only a tv series ,but, genuinely, I’m devastated it’s ending, not only is it fabulous but my son and I ( he’s now 14) have watched every episode umpteen times and that has been priceless,special memories 😢 happy ,sad tears

Beyond honoured to have been able to be at this event and it was such a special time. They are all wonderful people, incredibly talented and so entertaining. Plus, they were genuinely kind and so engaging with the fans when they were signing in the meet and greet. I will truly miss this show and all its’ lovely characters! Especially the Captain.❤

I've followed these guys since Horrible Histories and I love everything they do. I'll miss Ghosts but they're clever to end on a high. Some shows go on too long. We have the reruns to enjoy and I look forward to their next venture. They clearly love working with each other.
I have loved and followed this guys since Horrible Histories and I watched them in Yonderland and Bill, but for me Ghosts is the best thing this guys have created and I'm really going to miss so much and it's not just the show but the characters as well who for the last 5 years have sort of become TV friends to mine (Hopefully I'm not the only one who things that), and I want to say is Thank you guys for the giving us 5 years of this wonderful show and I hope that this isn't trulty the end of Ghosts, and that the show could one day return for another christmas special, or any other specials in the future, and I think that Ghosts will become and forever be one of the greatest British Comedies of all time, so thank you guys and can't wait to see what this guys will do next.
Such an amazing show, binged the entire final series in one evening and was very emotional! Every character is wonderful, it's hard to say goodbye but they have done the, all justice ❤
I am so bummed out that the last episode was today (yesterday) and I am still sitting around waiting for Series Four. I absolutely love these characters and love these actor-comedians. As so many others have stated, I will MISS these characters. But I look forward to what these fantastic people do next, hopefully TOGETHER, again!
I love the six idiots. Such fantastic writers, stories, sense of humour. Every time I see Fanny Button , it takes me back to my school (Ripon Grammar) where I was taught English in the 80s by Miss Carrick, who had the same looks, mannerisms, old fashioned-ness and walk and was so strict nobody ever dared breathe in her classes! I really miss their series’ when they stop making them. Wonder what they will do next? I would love to see them all together doing Taskmaster. Please, make it happen. Put them all on The Wheel too with Michael McIntyre. We need more comedy in our lives and I can’t bear them not being on TV- some consolation I have all of Yonderland and Ghosts recorded.

Having binge watched Series 5 (twice through), if the collective and very joyful sequence Mat mentions is the one I think he means, that joy was utterly captured and conveyed itself on screen..just wonderful.

After watching the last episode, those following weeks it felt as if I moved away from my family. I truly missed seeing them every day as if they lived with me. Also, dumbshit that I am, I only realized they were also the plague victims only the second time I binged the series!!!😂

Such great fun, I am up to date now thanks to bbc iplayer. I shed a few tears with some of the storylines and I really respect that they are ending on a high. Besides, I will always have loads more of the American version to watch to fill my Ghosts shaped hole.
It’s great when a TV series goes out leaving you wanting more. Like Friday Night Dinner, the series 6 finale was the perfect ending as the Goodmans moved into a new chapter of their lives. Tempered by sad death of Paul Ritter. I only hope the ending of Ghosts however they’ve written it, is one the characters deserve.

Lol. Might have also been a little subconscious cos I had watched Yonderland at 2am that morning. I did the same with outlander I never wanted it to end..the books not the show. but this series has given me so many laughs,cries.. it’s incredible

I kept looking for Robin's actor and never realized he played both Robin and Humphrey (and one of the pit ghosts).
They all play a plague ghost! Took me a minute to realize the dual roles too.
I have been watching this on repeat for some time and have only just realised Humphrey and Robin are played by the same actor 😊
