Kevin Smith smokes pot and he recently had a big heart attack. But he's also overweight.
Depends on what state you live in. Not illegal in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Alaska, California, District of Columbia, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Vermont and many more allow medical marijuana.
This is two months late but Kevin didn't have the heart attack because of weed. Actually, he only survived because he smoked right before the heart attack.
