Few shows are able to capture the sheer absurdity of the concept of entropy and "friction" the way "Patriot" does. The writing, exposition, tone, and acting lure you in slowly - teasing your interest and leaving you asking: "Can things get that f***ed up?" before the next problem arises. The situations, despite their sheer lunacy, are relatable to anyone who's had to deal with absurd office politics or the mushrooming of problems - where solving a problem just leads to more problems. Great show!

I don't understand how people can binge this show, it's beautiful, but relentlessly miserable. I found myself having to stop episodes to collect myself. Every ray of hope and possibility for happiness instantly crumbles into disappointment and agony. It's good stuff.
This is such an amazing show. I can't believe someone canceled it (and kept their job). I hope they will consider bringing it back or perhaps making a feature film to continue the story. This could be a great franchise. I cannot say enough good things about every single aspect of this show.

Heard good things but i took a long time to finally get around to watching it....watched the 2 seasons in a week. Its as good as my favourite shows... The Wire Breaking Bad Rome Boardwalk Empire Ray Donovan To name a few. Now what do i do?, its like when Deadwood was cut short...feeling rather miserable having just watched the last episode 10 mins ago. Amazing in every aspect. I actually watched Perpetual Grace Ltd before finding this again after finding they were by the same creator. His writing is like the the Coen Brothers at their best. One minute your laughing the next you're crying. Just the best story telling. I must say the casting which is mirrored a lot over both series is inspired. Everyone is noteworthy.

I was so disappointed when I found out that Amazon had canceled it because I feel there was enough material for another two or three seasons easy. Too many shows continue on after the premise has been exhausted but this certainly had two maybe even three more seasons left.

This just hit me; the sound isolation in the room must be great because it is literally next to a busy intersection. I wonder how quite it really is in that room and how the sound isolation was done.

This is show is makes you think. This is just as awesome as House. Too bad great things come to an end. I hope an internet petition like nine nine happens.
The only thing I've seen that's even remotely similar to this is Inside Ilwyn Davis and that was story about a singer this is a whole tv show about a spy, my point is its so unique in the way its made that you'll fall in love with every single aspect of it, It made my laugh till I struggled to breathe it made me cry sit on the edge of the seat and walk around gloomy every single thing and the songs in this show is complete perfection the only downside is you won't find anything like it and you'll be doomed to watch it and come back to it again and again cause there's no show like this none.
I thought this show was great but I do NOT want a season two. I think it could only go downhill from there. What are they going to do? Ask him to go deliver a different package from A to B?
There was a complete plan for the money, that did not actually happen. Delivering the money was only the first part of the plan and was meant to be the easy part. Assuming season 2 will follow up with this.
