I have two GoPro Hero 8s that I use when I video my self sculpting.. Voice command is amazing.. The both turn on and both start recording with a voice command.. Makes it easy to combine two videos into one for my Channel.. I found I have to just pull the battery out a little bit.. when done.. because sometimes the camera will pop on.. Also, I had the original Batteries start to swell a bit, which made it hard to insert in the cameras.. I have the same battery charger.. and it's a plus.. Sorry Mazzy you had to go through all this pain.. Nothing worse, than a tooth going bad or being pulled. But eventually.. it will be well worth it. Dan.. SEND THAT CARD TO YOUR MOM... Being an old father and grandfather.. who doesn't get cards or even a call on my birthday.. It's very hard.. So be a good son.. SEND IT..
Feel for you both at the moment. Two years ago i had a double hernia operation and at the same time my wife had a torn knee ligament 3 days before our granddaughters christening. Wouldn't like that again. Hope you both feel better soon x
Hope the tooth extraction pain has sorted itself out, its better in the long run if it needed to come out so worthwhile in the end. Interesting point on you guys watching them back, I never really thought of that. You must be fed up of your days by the time you've lived it two or three times with the editing etc. Happy. birthday Dan's mum!

I had to have a cracked molar pulled once and there was absolutely no pain or swelling at all. I was amazed at how dental pain control had advanced since I was a kid. I thought the dentist had damaged a nerve or something.

I also had problems with the GoPro Mic Adapter then got the media mod for the Hero 10. It's never ending this vlogging gear game. Interesting to see how you get on with the Ulanzi cage.

I had the same problem with my back tooth. Lots of pain. When they told me I should have it pulled or worked on, I yelled at them to TAKE IT OUT!!!! LOL. I didn't notice it being gone and no one can tell!! Oh, and the narcotics they gave me helped the pain wonderfully! LOL
Once that tooth socket heals over you won't have any more trouble Mazzy, you did the best thing having that painful tooth out. Dan lol, post your mum's birthday card don't be tight hahaha 😆 😜

Have you had a look at the GoPro Volta, its well worth getting, since I got mine I have not changed a battery once.. AND on the Rode mike, where the thumb wheel is, there are grooves to attach the wire so the mike does not bounce up and down, and if that makes no sense let me know, and I will film it to show.. . I have been using the media mike, and TBH its not been that bad. The rig you have now is pretty much how I was set up for the Hero 7 Black.
All microwaves are made out of metal. That is what the microwaves bounce off of. The glass in the door has metal mesh laminated in it that keeps the microwaves from escaping. The metal has to be there to stop the microwaves from leaking out and cooking you and everything else within range.
