    What a nightmare for the landlord. People like this never pay their bills and you always have to go to court to evict them and they trash everything.

    She def lying about the stove....she stopped paying her heat bill and was using the oven to heat the house thays how it burn up there was no pozza box 😂

    If she’s providing emails, I wouldn’t even know how to print anything but the entire email. To clip off dates and parts of the email is something special. Don’t texts even come with time and date stamps? She’s deliberately f’ing around with what she printed to try to make things look good for herself. Glad the judge is questioning everything.

    Tenant don't pay heat bills causing pipes to burst..
    Sets stove on fire for her own actions (pizza gate).
    She is a god damn nightmare and was evicted from another place.
    She Provides evidence w no date time stamps - she guilty af.
    And using her kid for emotional tool is toxic.
    She a bad mother - aka sets stove on fire.

    That tenant thought she was going to go in there and get paid and not have to repair or repay anything
    Tenants have a hard time understanding they are supposed to maintain the property. They have to change a filter in the A/C or it will freeze, then thaw and the floor will be wet and get ruined. They think the landlord should be responsible for anything in the hpuse..no, if you don't screw it up, then she is.responsible.

    Wrecks her own oven and expects the Landlord to replace it and has the nerve to say "Well if she wanted me to do it , she should have said!" 🙄Because the Landlord knew full well you already weren't paying rent for the DUMBEST reasons, so there was no way you would've replaced the oven!

    🤔I am no Legal Eagle, but shouldn't the landlord have a copy of the key? Glad the EVICTION went through, no delay BS. Hopefully, renters assistance sees Evicted on her record - no help from them.

      They do, but they can't legally enter their properties without at least 24-hour notice or until a tenant is evicted.

    A young mother with a child has been so irresponsible that she has racked up $11,000+ in unpaid rent, lost a $2,500 deposit due to damages caused by her negligence and who knows what over and above that in rent losses and repairs. She has an eviction so may be unable to get a housing subsidy if she needs one in the future. To be that much in debt at her age is a horrible position to be in so young. She seems incapable of acting responsibly which concerns me since she has an autistic child she is responsible for.

    I withdraw the exact amount of my rent on the third of the month and i personally deliver it to my landlord. I can't understand why anyone take chances with something as important as their shelter. Especially if there are children involved. Call me crazy i guess.

      I do electronic and do it on my SSDI pay day. Never forget to pay rent First.

      @trekgirl65 it's 31 degrees here in Virginia. If I took chances and spent money on "other things" instead of rent it would be my luck a cold day like this is when I would be ordered to move. They can live free for a while and live it up but eventually the party is over .

      I pay with a check the start of each month. Over the 13 years I've lived there the landlord and I have become good friends. I still call every 1st at 9am telling him to come by and grab rent. The times he of with his kids or cant come by round 9ish. Then I meet up with him at his place at noon.
      There is no small talk, cigars, anything until my check hits his hand.
      Once rent is paid its back to being friends.
      13 years I've known him. And on rent day we are not friends until I get him my check.
      Thats how important paying rent is.

      I've seen people not paying their rent and living free for about a year but eventually they get evicted.

    My question is since she had a previous eviction on her record why did they accept her to begin with? It sounds like this is how she chooses to live her life, squatting place to place. 😮

    Right so she’s arguing the property is not habitable and yet she lived in Renfrew people think that like the label goes out so they don’t have to pay rent and you might be able to deduct the value of the cost of a lightbulb will you still have to pay rent and anywhere is it any of this stuff because most landlords want to fix stuff immediately or at least make some attempt especially with small scale and especially when you’re with Holden Road

    The landlord is horrible, and this poor lady is a powerful leader in Trump's "Blacks for Trump" with two children! Who needs to call up Ginni and Clarence Thomas to get this case dismissed and the Judge sanctioned.
