I think the most astonishing thing about this song is the memories that it brings back, it reminds me of a time when we all had no trouble doing what we wanted to do, this song symbolizes that you could accomplish anything as long as you put your mind to it, nobody needed extra help to get what they wanted. If you wanted it, you went and got it. It was a much simpler time and I'm sad that I did not cherish it as much as I needed to, currently 24 years old and I'm remembering the time when I was 9 to 10 years old having fun with my friends and family and now I'm looking back at my childhood, thinking about all the friends and family I lost along the way. Big blessings to everybody out there and I pray we all come outta this darkness soon. Big blessings to everybody and Merry Christmas.

Bro it's Christmas right now and I'm shedding a tear. I'm 28 now and heard this song when I was in middle school tuff time, man, tuff times. Was always bullied throughout my whole life in elementary&middle school. Ended up droppin outta high school and now I juss think of the good time wait actually I never had a good time.. The pain still hurts like why did the Mexican kids pick on me was it cause I was Guatemalan?? I'll never understand why I was hated .. I was so close to taking my own life away in middle school but music always saved me from doing that. I would just get on my bike after school sometimes and juss put my earphones on and volume all the way up&ride my bikes for hourssss to save myself from going suicidal. Crazy how far I've come. I'm trynna bet suicide. My first niece recently took her own life away seeing she couldn't stand being bullied and now I'm trying to live it up for her even though it hurts me knowing she got bullied like me I know she's proud of me for keeping it strong!
This hits home, the regrets we have are in the past. It’s hard to forget and forgive the lost time but your luckier than others who can’t be here. Live life to the fullest always even if it’s hard.

i miss the era so much… this song makes me feel so many emotions, i listened to it growing up doing so many things, late night video games w the boys, on the way to highschool football games, in my proms, road-trips, etc.. this type of music is amazing for the soul. So nostalgic

That's the beauty of life bro. We had our songs of our childhood and that's what makes them special. Right now we have our songs for this chapter of our life that we will look back at in 10 years and think the same thing. Its just harder to realize that in the present.
