I’ve contacted these people more than 5 times regarding a faulty product that was sent to me. My hot comb stopped working after 3 months. Also the color comes off after 2 weeks. She deliberately ignored my dms and emails. Lied and stated she would send another if I paid for shipping, cool. Never happened and I’ve reminded her on more than one occasion. Do not purchase. Kendra’s Boutique has a better comb that heats to 500 degrees and it actually lasts. If you live in the UK you can buy a universal plug for it to fit into your socket like I had to do to get this UK plug to fit into mine. Good luck😉💕
I’ve been watching this hotcomb for a long time, but this is one of the main reasons I’ve been hesitant 😭
