In my experience, It’s standard for hotels to ask for the card that was used for hotel booking, upon arrival. Every hotel I’ve pre- booked has ask for the original card used.

I went there over a year ago and really liked the place. The slides, room, activities and food but the customer service was just not there. They would actually turn you off from returning but I don't really let people ruin my time when I want to just vacay and relax. Lady at check in wasn't bad. And some of the waiters. Was there for 3 nights. Its like the staff just did not want to be at work and it was I the middle of a pandemic so I just chucked it up to that.
Yeah, possibly the staff experience at that time could have been due to the pandemic

The credit card thing is kinda strange because I always use my credit card to book for other ppl and I don’t normally go on the trip with them. I will have to research this some more to c if this is a new requirement. Customer Service sounds like a 2 to me… u guys r too generous!

Website has a disclaimer that you need the same card. I've stayed places with that same requirement

I watched your other vlog and the resort looks great, but after watching this, I would like your opinion on which resort u recommend in Ocho, price point included?
Hello, for the same price point it might be hard to find. However JEWELS Runaway which is close to ocho Rios is great and close in price. However if you are willing to spend more ,Moon Palace is exceptional and located in Ocho Rios.

Hi, the mini fridge is stocked with beer and soda. But unfortunately the mini bar dispenser no longer had Appleton or any other liquor.
the liquor dispenser in the rooms are now stocked. there is no Appleton in them though. food u can now share your self now like before covid.

Hi, we got a standard room. sorry don’t remember the room number but I believe it was block 2.
