We sincerely appreciate our online family for always being connected to “Prophet Glovis Online” consistently. We are still working to figure out what the issue is on our end! However, we have gathered some possible solutions that may help resolve the issue on your end. 1. Kindly make sure you have subscribed AND** hit the notification bell 🔔 in order for TH-cam to prioritize your account as a community and committed viewer of our channel. This is because our channel maybe experiencing soft shadow banning due to Prophet’s teachings. 2. We noticed that most people who are still getting sound during service are those who comment often during livestreams. Kindly ensure that you are commenting throughout the live broadcast. 3. According to some viewers, updating your device to a more updated version could also resolve the issue. 4. Others recommended, switching to another device entirely. For example, if you’re having difficulty hearing the sound on your phone, switch to another phone, laptop, desktop or smart tv. 5. Using apple AirPod, or certain headphone or earbud devices could be a possible reason you are experiencing sound issues according to a few people. 6. To others, it is the direct opposite. Try using a headphone or any earbud device to see if you can resolve the issue. 7. We also recommend that you contact TH-cam technical department to help adjust your sound settings incase it is a settings issue on your end. Lastly, please continue to help our reach organically by sharing our broadcasts to Telegram, Facebook, and WhatsApp groups to force TH-cam to keep our channel’s videos visible on your feed.
