I tried this out first as per instructions. I roasted the green gram and followed the recipe exactly. The roast gave a slightly nutty flavour which added to the richness of the dish. The next time I tried it with green gram soaked overnight and sprouted slightly. I didn’t roast it but pressure cooked it and proceeded with the rest of the same steps. I feel the second time didn’t have the nutty flavour but compensated by having a fresher and slightly ‘healthier’ taste. Just my two cents. I love your channel and have been following your recipes with a lot of success. Please keep up the great work! 🎉❤

How to prevent curdling of milk when added to hot jaggery?
Usually I also add only boiled & cooled milk but sometimes the milk curdles.
Also request you to show whole urad dal chutney recipe in your upcoming videos.

You can soak moong for 4-5 hrs and once it’s becomes nice and soft you can soak it
