Meat 600 gm
Split bengal gram 1.5 cups
Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
Tomatoes 2 medium sized
Onions 3 medium sized
Bay leaves 3
Star anise 1
Mace flower (crushed)
Green cardamom 4
Cloves 4-5
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black cardamom 2
Cinnamon stick 1
Salt 1&1/2 tsp
Whole dry red chillies 5
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Mustard oil 150 ml
For tadka:-
Clarified butter 1 tbsp

Waise to 500 gm gosht me 300 gm hi daalna sahi rahega half kg (500gm) zyada rahegi yani ki agar daal 500 gm hai to gosht is me ek kg ya 750 gm tak to Jana hi chahiye fir bhi agar aap kam gosht dal kar banana chahe to bana sakti hai aur ye takriban 10 se 12 logo ko khilaya ka sakta hai haan gosht ki piece kam padh sakti hai
