Phnom Penh Noodles Soup is very famous in most Asian Restaurant. I got the perfect recipe for you to make for your family. Try it and you might love it! 💕
✨ Ingredients and Recipe
✔️ Ingredients to make decisions broth
▪️ Water - 10L
▪️ Matured Chicken - 1x
▪️ Chicken Bones - 2x
▪️ Pork-loin or pork belly - 500g
▪️ Dry Squid - 1x medium
▪️ Dry Shrimps- 10x large
▪️ Fish Sauce - 4Tbsp
▪️ Salt - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 4 Tbsp
▪️ Onions- 1 large or 2 small
▪️ Carrots - 1 large or 2 medium
▪️ Preserved Radish - 2x
▪️Green Onions ( white part ) - 10x
✔️ Ground Pork Topping
▪️ Sweet Preserved Radish - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Ground Pork - 200g
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 Tsp
✨ you will need some fried garlic and cooking oil. Please watch video for further details.
✔️ Shrimps Topping
▪️ Cooking Oil with Fried Garlic
▪️ Shrimps - 400g
▪️ Chicken Powder- 1 Tsp

▪️ Seafoods Ball
▪️ Boiled pork patty
▪️ Green onions, mints, cilantros

Hallo Ly, your food looks so delicious! I would like to request if you could please, please do a video on "mee-siam" (crispy vermicilli noodle salad with various fresh herbs etc...) I really missed this wonderful Cambodian dish so much and I cannot find the recipe any where close to it!
