Concordo plenamente,acredito que a região de onde eles reside deve ter um conselho tutelar para orientar o rapaz que esta ajudando essa Criança. E Não vejo como uma pré-escola pois a criança não tem 3 ou 4 de idade,na faixa etária dessa criança a escola é mais indicado.

I am 14 years old and it is dangerous online for me. I pray that Ngoc is being cared for and is happy and healthy, but there are many channels that are fake. I think Ngoc is in good hands, however.
I follow several channels about "homeless orphans". Some claim that they are alone in the forest. This obviously isn't true because someone is recording, editing and uploading their videos so they are not alone.
