Ek ek daana alag sujine acchese chashni absorb ki hai bilkul kacchi nahi lag raheeee halwaaa dry bhi nshi hua nutty aur tempting bana hai...mene banaya aki tarah se sooji dry roast ki ghee mein roast nahi kiya mene sukhaa bhun liya fir ghee mein dry fruits bhoon ke fir ghee mein sooji ko bhunaaa jese apne sikhayaaa bahut faek padaaaa ..
Pehle mein ghee me bhunke chashni milati thee usme khila khila danedar nahi mushy banta thaa dry roast sooji ki wajah se colour rangat aur fi ghee ke sath roast karnse khila khila lumpy bana taste kaafi der tak thaa tongue par ..shyamli u r just perfection ki murat
