Arduino - Types of Boards

There are numerous type of Arduino Boards. You basically code for them the same way, but different boards offer different options such as more Digital Connections, or WiFi.

I'd like to know your thoughts on the Chinese boards Vs the Italian ones. I seem to remember you saying you had both.

So far I have had good luck with them, and they are much cheaper from China. I use the UNO for prototyping and switch to the smaller Nano when I'm ready to solder.

hi there ... Im in a place where electronic components are difficult to come by .. I wanted to ask - what type of machinery (washing machines type thing) could I find such boards - if possible. So I'm more looking into recycling arduino boards from - if that makes sense.

You don't find Arduinos in machinery you have to buy them or make them by ordering parts from china

You will not find a complete Arduino in a washing machine, but you will find a microcontroller in it - the "brain" of the Arduino board.
