yep, just as i remember - viper is stoopid fast, yet corvete is actually controllable. In MUT2 Charger is head and shouldes above all else in tier2, and thats why 2nd and 3rd bosses (db9 and rx7) were such pushovers if player sticks to musle cars. great vid

There are actually a lot more cars you can use in Carbon with save file editing: - Unfinished Porsche Turbo (The shiny ball car with extreme acceleration and top speed) - Palmont Corvette (The car only usable in multiplayer mode, given when you become cop, has better stats than all vanilla cars) - All NPC and police vehicles (have no engine sound, softlocks the game when you take enough damage on the car)
Despite the Viper having more Asceleration, the Corvette has better handling while still having alot of acesleration(losing only for the viper by few).
You have the perfect Top 25 right there. Only left on the game was a dyno test to see the car stats. Same for Most Wanted 2005 but as they are, is still awesome. Tell this to the creator of the Battle Royale Mod. Maybe could be cool or maybe is just me
brother i believe muscles are harder to master than exotics, i always considered easy medium and hard for tuner, exotic, and muscle. the z06 is the best car in the game between its corner is something that takes a lot of practice.
They were. They had solid handling if you could manage all of the understeer and oversteer in which case, the Viper and Vette were without a shadow of a doubt the fastest cars in the game by far. But they were much harder to control than the Murci or McMerc.
Exotics are difficult to master especially in keyboard due to its tendency to understeer. Maybe it is easier if the player use steering wheel control or joystick. Idk, I left this game years ago due to Corvette's broken performance
I watched the video again and i was thinking, on the tournament the eclipse gsx, lexus is300, and toyota mr2 was missing ^^ will you do a versus with these 3 cars ? ^^
They are very slow, that's why I didn't added them on this tournament, same goes for other cars from bonus cars or custom, I tested a few and they had a time over 10 seconds or even more. I'll give it a try if this tournament will get enough attention. :)
Been rewatching the Lotus vs Mercedes and it doesn't seem like that race was quite done right. Great video but the Lotus seemed to have a higher top speed throughout but somehow still lost.

@@uhohitsatrap9989 It's nothing wrong, the Mercedes reached 11% first. I can't do something wrong on these, the time and the percentage of the race are visible for both cars, I just show them, that's all.
So for exotics, just buy the cheapest one of each tier, since they are among the fastest in there, no need to spend more than double the money for minimal difference 😅

I love using the 180sx despite being teir 1 it out performs teir 1 and 2 cars almost having a performance of a tier 3 cars (except for it's max upgraded speed)
I like how the leaderboard is dominated by muscle only 😅 even tho grip is sometimes not that great they are fun to drive and have some effort to drive better 👍 thx for doing this
So, for tuner career(if I am not using the 240sx), I should keep my starter, than change to Kenji's RX-7, and then the Evo For Muscle Career, I should use the CHRYSLER, and then use Angie's car, then the Viper Lastly, for exotics, I should use the Mercedes, then switch to Elise, and then the 911 turbo But when I First played NFSC, I used the Camaro and all the boss cars and then switched to the Impreza

Somebody said that is a graphics mod from kryzeeplays TH-cam channel, but I don't remember seeing that channel a few years ago. Funny, but im allways start with the muscle car, camaro ss, then focusing on the lotus elise, ( the whole t2 serie playable with it, if you make the good tuning for it. ) then im focusing on the corvette, which with it, easily can win against darius's le mans audi 🙂
@@NFIGamingZone Don't worry about it. Drag races in NFS series were never my favorite. I just thought that somebody moded them in, in to NFSC. I hated drag races since NFSU1 cause of the camera shake, motion blur and, most importantly, the fact that you can't steer the way you wanted and instead, your car is like on rails or something. And thus, you can turn only if the road is straight, but when it is curved and you have to make a turn, then you can't steer. And that always makes me mad about drag races in NFS games.
@@moiqtheplayer Yes, I used the "Optimize for Performance" button, all are on default/neutral settings, maximum upgrades. I know you can get better results if you change some of those, but that would apply also for all the cars.
Yeah, probably. For me, after I did the race against Darius, Corvette is my favorite car form NFS Carbon. The handling is too good for how fast the car is!

Using Nitro adds too many variables and will be a lot more harder for me to do it. I used it in my NFS Underground 2 Drag RACES and I remember how hard it was. :)

I recently noticed how much better the Corvette is on handling, I think is a lot better than the Viper, because it doesn't lose that much speed while sliding too.

Not exactly that difficult, especially since corvette exists and that thing handles pretty good, exotics requires more skill since most exotics are understeer machine

Yea this game supposed to have the fastest speed ever recorded by the ford GT40. I actually beat that record with Corvette an tuning everything speed an maxing out nos. But it was fun snapping gears in that car till you hit 5th. 🤣🤣 Good times.
In this game i don't like that the acceleration isn't everything here like in most wanted to see which is the best in everything. In this game handling is very important maybe the most important thing bcs of how curvy the map is
Yeah, you're right, I finished the game three times and I always used Turner or Exotic Class cars for the career, I used Muscle Class cars only for a few races and for a Boss, sometimes just to have fun with the police. :D
Here's the problem with these races. You're doing them all on automatic transmission (most probably). Most if not all cars, will not red line on automatic transmission :)) Try it on manual transmission and you'll most probably get different results. Especially with the muscle tier. Let those babies red line 😍 Awesome video anyways :)
I knew about the manual shifting to be the fastest, but that could take too much for me to master for all the cars, that's why I picked the easiest way, automatic gear change. :)) Thanks for your support!
I have a few things to remind you: 1. 0:05 The RX-8 is kinda trash 2. 2:25 The supra is slightly better in this game 3. 3:58 The jaguar xk is excellent. 4.6:03 The M3 Gtr loses to a slr mclaren!!!!

Exotic means high performance everything out of an over priced package. It doesn't mean hard or challenging but it's for players who don't care about taste - simply oh supercars best cars kindergarten perception.
I'll do it after I finish the career mode during a Livestream. Right now I still play NFS CARBON, original version, but with some graphics mods installed.

First to reach 11% WINS the Drag Race! This is a improvised Drag Race, I do it on the SPRINT number 29 from the Quick Race menu. I use my video editing software to skip frame by frame, that's how I see which one reach that 11% first.
Even if sometimes they might look equal in the video, most of the time, they are not, you should be able to notice it with the video speed set on 0.25x.
I did my best to follow the same route with every car.
The results are very accurate, in about 20 minutes of attempts I'll get the final result or a very close one, like +0.01s, at least two times. I tried to use different routes, it will not affect the final result by more than +0.05 seconds.
Gear change is set on "Automatic". Latest Body Kit installed for all the cars that are not CUSTOM.
Tuner Class - most responsive handling and greatest amount of grip at the expense of top speed.
Exotic Class - highest performing vehicles but are the most difficult to master.
Muscle Class - fastest accelerating vehicles at the expense of top speed and handling.

There are actually a lot more cars you can use in Carbon with save file editing:
- Unfinished Porsche Turbo (The shiny ball car with extreme acceleration and top speed)
- Palmont Corvette (The car only usable in multiplayer mode, given when you become cop, has better stats than all vanilla cars)
- All NPC and police vehicles (have no engine sound, softlocks the game when you take enough damage on the car)

Despite the Viper having more Asceleration, the Corvette has better handling while still having alot of acesleration(losing only for the viper by few).

brother i believe muscles are harder to master than exotics, i always considered easy medium and hard for tuner, exotic, and muscle. the z06 is the best car in the game between its corner is something that takes a lot of practice.

ZO6 was so broken that it was banned from multiplayer...
The best car in perfomance is Audi LeMams Quattro
They were. They had solid handling if you could manage all of the understeer and oversteer in which case, the Viper and Vette were without a shadow of a doubt the fastest cars in the game by far. But they were much harder to control than the Murci or McMerc.
Exotics are difficult to master especially in keyboard due to its tendency to understeer. Maybe it is easier if the player use steering wheel control or joystick. Idk, I left this game years ago due to Corvette's broken performance

I watched the video again and i was thinking, on the tournament the eclipse gsx, lexus is300, and toyota mr2 was missing ^^ will you do a versus with these 3 cars ? ^^
They are very slow, that's why I didn't added them on this tournament, same goes for other cars from bonus cars or custom, I tested a few and they had a time over 10 seconds or even more. I'll give it a try if this tournament will get enough attention. :)

Been rewatching the Lotus vs Mercedes and it doesn't seem like that race was quite done right. Great video but the Lotus seemed to have a higher top speed throughout but somehow still lost.
4:30 Watch it in 0.25 speed and you'll see who reached first 11%. The difference isn't big, but is there.

I love using the 180sx despite being teir 1 it out performs teir 1 and 2 cars almost having a performance of a tier 3 cars (except for it's max upgraded speed)
That's the 240sx. The 180sx wasn't introduced until NFS 2015.

Nissan 240 is broken as truck it’s a secret tier 2
M3 GTR, despite classified as "exotic", it behaves as a tuner, could make an exception for this one
So, for tuner career(if I am not using the 240sx), I should keep my starter, than change to Kenji's RX-7, and then the Evo
For Muscle Career, I should use the CHRYSLER, and then use Angie's car, then the Viper
Lastly, for exotics, I should use the Mercedes, then switch to Elise, and then the 911 turbo
But when I First played NFSC, I used the Camaro and all the boss cars and then switched to the Impreza
The fact that dodge Viper was most fastest car before we unlock audi

Funny, but im allways start with the muscle car, camaro ss, then focusing on the lotus elise, ( the whole t2 serie playable with it, if you make the good tuning for it. ) then im focusing on the corvette, which with it, easily can win against darius's le mans audi 🙂

@@NFIGamingZone Don't worry about it. Drag races in NFS series were never my favorite. I just thought that somebody moded them in, in to NFSC. I hated drag races since NFSU1 cause of the camera shake, motion blur and, most importantly, the fact that you can't steer the way you wanted and instead, your car is like on rails or something. And thus, you can turn only if the road is straight, but when it is curved and you have to make a turn, then you can't steer. And that always makes me mad about drag races in NFS games.

@@moiqtheplayer Yes, I used the "Optimize for Performance" button, all are on default/neutral settings, maximum upgrades. I know you can get better results if you change some of those, but that would apply also for all the cars.

From my experience, exotics are so sensitive with the throttle that push it too much in corners will make the car understeer.

Yeah, probably. For me, after I did the race against Darius, Corvette is my favorite car form NFS Carbon. The handling is too good for how fast the car is!
This is why the muscle cars are the best cars on carbon

Is the PC version, but I used a Trainer to unlock all the cars available on the game, maybe it did something that unlocked the G35, I don't know.
And he also used Redux 2018 mod for graphics improvement

Using Nitro adds too many variables and will be a lot more harder for me to do it. I used it in my NFS Underground 2 Drag RACES and I remember how hard it was. :)

Honestly Viper would be still better than Police Corvette, he has much more speed than vette at the end while still having the same time
I recently noticed how much better the Corvette is on handling, I think is a lot better than the Viper, because it doesn't lose that much speed while sliding too.

I used a trainer to unlock and make all the cars available to customize in the My Cars from the Main Menu. :)

They are a little different in the tournament because I had to make the suspension for both cars to be the same on CCX and Pagani and for Gallardo and Murcielago I had to use the latest body kit. :)

Yea this game supposed to have the fastest speed ever recorded by the ford GT40. I actually beat that record with Corvette an tuning everything speed an maxing out nos. But it was fun snapping gears in that car till you hit 5th. 🤣🤣 Good times.

In this game i don't like that the acceleration isn't everything here like in most wanted to see which is the best in everything. In this game handling is very important maybe the most important thing bcs of how curvy the map is
Yeah, you're right, I finished the game three times and I always used Turner or Exotic Class cars for the career, I used Muscle Class cars only for a few races and for a Boss, sometimes just to have fun with the police. :D

Here's the problem with these races.
You're doing them all on automatic transmission (most probably).
Most if not all cars, will not red line on automatic transmission :))
Try it on manual transmission and you'll most probably get different results.
Especially with the muscle tier.
