NOBODY hits the knee drop like Maddie does!!!! She jumps SO high and she lands so softly. I watch other ppl do it all the time and land so loud… or not roll out of it like she does so well.
I’ve been practicing knee drops and Russian switch leaps. The leaps are kind of easy, but hard to make look good if you’re not flexible. And the knee drops I’m not doing fully until I have a trampoline so I don’t break myself on wood.
I have an idea this edit is great but when you do the knee turns you should flip it and do it the knee turn and then run it into the next one but not one bye one (Not saying you have to do this and sorry if it does not make sense) love the edit!
