Fizz/Wheels said "blessing of the Golden Flame" instead of Silver Flame, then rolled a nat 20. So basically Fizz caught the Paladin SO off guard that he forgot his OWN order's name.
"Morbos's heads spin-off series" is probably the best joke Lollies has done so far! HA!

I've been following this channel, oxbox/tra's as well as eurogamer's d&d videos with johnny dm'ing and look forward to every new adventure from all channels!
Hell of a place to end a session. Giving Matt many weeks longer to think about his mistake than Morbos will ever get.
Lolies commitment to being that cat who got a brain injury while chasing a lazer pointer as a kitten is beautiful. The seamless choices she is making to demonstrate how innocent and thick Mist is bring me so much joy.
I can't waut until we get the inevitable crossover between Oxventure, Break Quest club and, Dungeonbreaker. i want to see Robert O. Cop interact with Mist if we have to choose between Alex's and Wheel's characters. I also want to see the tiefling spinoff with Morrigan, Prudence, and Morbos.
Dungeonbreaker isn't set in the same universe (or continent at the very least) as the Oxventure and Break-Quest Club
In the latest oxventure golden melons made a cameo so with the power of wizardry and possible dimensional transportation it is possible
They'd have to pull some sort of Plane Shift / Gate / etc trickery to get there, but Tiefling Club is very much possible. As is the Mist And Merilwen chaotic-everything spinoff.
I can just imagine Merelwen and Dob adopting Tim and Corazon reluctantly loving him too
I'm hanging out for an Oxventure/Break Quest Club crossover, but I personally wouldn't want to add Dungeonbreaker to the mix.
It'd be jarring to have some of the cast playing two characters, but mainly it's because Dungeonbreaker has a different tone and feeling to it so far. There's something much less light-hearted about the people and the world in Dungeonbreaker, and for me that'd be an uneasy mix with the world of Geth.
Morbos in the chimney is definitely such a 2020 vibe

BlackSarlacc invest in a dice-rolling tower or dice-rolling box. Hopefully, you’ll never learn why.
The Player's Handbook, sadly, is important for a DM because that's where all the spells are. So that's a thing that's annoying.

@@cthulhufhtagn2483 Sadly it's true, they make all the information in each book exclusive to that book, so pretty much anything you find in the player handbook (spells, items, basic rules etc) wont be included in the DM guide.
However assuming BlackSarlacc is intending to be the DM, they've definitely got their priorities right; you can find pretty much all the information contained in all the books online anyway (hell the books in their entirety can be found on anyflip, no idea on the legality of reading them there though...), so on a budget you really just want to get the books that contain the most information for your chosen roll, to minimize the amount of time you'll need to spend searching the web to fill the gaps.
For writing adventures, building encounters and (almost) everything else you'd need to do as a DM, _most_ of the information will be contained between the MM and DMG, so they've definitely made the right choice.
@@TheCrash480 That is true. I get mine from TheTrove, and I've had pretty decent luck with that. I suppose it depends on your experience with gaming. If you've DMed before, but don't know the rules of the game as well, the PHB is more worthwhile. If you've played 5E, but never run a game, the DMG is probably better.

Honestly it wouldn’t have killed anyone, Fizz has feather fall, (which has a max of five) but he only needs to cast it on him, Morbos, Erik, Mist and Amelia bc Tim is within Mist’s clothes.
It isn't the fact that they would have fallen that would have tpk'd the group. Fizz was going to basically set off a copy of the alarm they use to obliterate the gondola part of the ship. Which would have triggered the gunners in the towers to do so.
This is exactly what I needed an hour before my semesters final 😅 best stress release

Morbos' approach to every situation seems to be "have you tried hitting it on the head with a mace?" I expect this to be frequently followed up by "well then I'm out of options."

WOTC just released a new version of goblins in a free Kids adventure module that swaps fury of the small for Speak with small animals i feel like that's a better fit for Tim esp since he's a druid
