When a cop gets caught lying or fabricating evidence, the person charged should automatically be set free! But… that cop should face the exact sentence that the cop just tried to frame the person for.
If a cop lies and says I was dealing drugs and plants evidence, as soon as it’s determined I need to have all charges dropped. If I was facing 10yrs for dealing drugs, then that cop should mandatorily get 10yrs.

City of Phoenix is so corrupt it’s pathetic. I should know I’ve worked there for years, I’m close to retirement. I’ve seen stuff that happens to employees just because someone in management doesn’t like them or management does something that’s illegal. Employees can report an incident to a system that’s supposed to keep the persons identity secret, but it doesn’t! This employee was off one day for a medical reason. Something happened in his area of duty. Management wrote him up and recommended that he be terminated. A hearing was set up with the department director for both sides to present evidence. Manage presented their side and recommended the employee be terminated as they said this is a on going issue with this employee. They presented how many times he was required to do drug test (that he passed every time) so on, and so forth. The employee did nothing but present his leave slip for the day showing he wasn’t at work this day! How do I know this? I was the employee!

The Phoenix Police Chief was correct in explaining the definition of “Voir Dire.”The definition used for Voir Dire which is French for speaks the truth. In court it is related to jurors and witnesses. In court cases when law enforcement testifies, they are witnesses.
