The boost can hit those numbers but remember that on the other side of the aftercooler o-ring is the seawater pumping though which is under some pressure as well (100% determined by how clear or how blocked your coolers are) so the o-ring is subjected only to the delta between the two pressures.
Followed your plan and tested my aftercooler, marine gear cooler and heat exchanger, great job, worked perfectly. Thanks for the video.

How often should the aftercooler be cleaned
These are to be air tested at 30psi via Cummins
Just wondering why you don’t test to 30 psi ... given your turbo should be pushing 25 -30 ?
