Clearly, Dubai has come a long way. The Sheikh of Dubai needs to be complimented not just for allowing Dubai to progress but for doing so without erasing the original culture and traditions of Dubai! Amazingly, Dubai has become truely cosmopolitan in both technology and personnel. The city and its amenities appear to be also people- and family-friendly. The human and Islamic capitals need and remains to be constantly improved though !

These cars made by Kinki-sharyo, Japan. I heard that development of its was so hard because of the severe environment especially sandstorm and strong sunshine. I'm really proud of this company. From Japanese.
it was in the last time 75 kilometers the longest automated metro in the world. Now in Riyadh, 176 kilometers. and in Mecca 182 kilometers in Saudi Arabia
Good thing there is an awesome rapid transit system in Dubai because there is already too much traffic. It will be interesting to see Dubai in another 10 years and see how they have managed to deal with all the new people and all the new traffic. They have a unique opportunity to be an example for the world.

Visited in September 2015 and took the metro everywhere. Fast, impeccably spotless, clean, easy to use, and inexpensive! Would certainly recommend it.
