About ORS
Object Research Systems (ORS) develops deep learning powered 3D visualization and image analysis software. Dragonfly and Dragonfly Cloud, ORS’ flagship products, provide innovators from leading universities or industries, an advanced machine learning and neural networks based segmentation engine. Dragonfly's quantification tools then provide powerful options for counting, measuring, and characterizing image features, such as pores, fibers, grains, and much more. Its user-friendly experience translates its powerful and accurate quantitative findings in high-impact visuals. The ability to build fully automated workflows also enables reproducible results.

I'm here for the first time, a beginner in Dragonfly and I liked the content covered. Will keep watching through till I manage to get to perform the tasks ahead.
Cheers.
This is what I wanted for a long time! Great!
Hi, great job. One helpful thing might be to tell us which files we will be working with during the tutorial, so we can download them ahead of time. I had to pause the video to download the image sets, some of which took a long time. Looking forward to watching the next one.
Started these webinars today. Really pumped up to see what my progress will look like in a couple of weeks. :)
Great Job ORS very useful for students like m thanks you for sharing free academic version
Great presentation Mike. I have a TXM file. How do I get the pixel size to be able to open it in dragonfly?
Great job. I download this software but my MacBook Pro 2023 (Apple M2 Pro) can't install this excellent software on the virtual Windows system. Is there any possible way fix this problem?
Does anybody know where the "window leveling" panel lives in version 2022.1 ? It isn't where show @20:19 and for some reason I don't have the LUT in the "2D settings" on the RHS either.
Hi thank you, I have to ask something
If it’s written ‘’not enough memory to create a dataset of size 22999040000’’ after I upload a dicom - is my computer has not enough space or it’s something about the settings that is not right?
that qna question about intro music is funny. ngl
agreed
Hello Mike,
Thank you for sharing this informative video. Can you please tell us how to export the histogram intensity in Excel format?
Your support is highly appreciated.
In the Histogram panel, you can find an Export to CSV button on the top. That will export the histogram to a CSV file which you can load to Excel.
@@caozixiong thank you
what if we dont know the voxel length of an image(image spacing). How can we know? i have tiff image from SEM.
