Ok, break it down and lets digest this. Snow days are fun, you're outside and embracing it and first snow of the Autumn in the forest filling your lungs with all goodness. Reduced stress, Mood boosting and exposure to sunlight reflecting off snow can be a significant mood booster, combating winter blues and clear out anything negative and the cold helps to boots your immunity and you get the added Vitamin D intake. 😁 All happy and playing in the snow, being a kid, doing the things you should be doing and there's that big smile and glow around you again and no it isn't the cold for the *"creepy cry-baby who we all know is stalking this channel and will post their comment again."* Best thing outside enjoying that crisp air and cleansing yourself of all those feelings and a lot better than sitting in the bedroom on the phone and PC.
