Milo & Otis's remix is dope. I remember when he played it during his Red Rocks stream and was wondering what it was. It's nice to have a different sounding remix from the usual stuff.

While I don't doubt he'll have a major influence over other artists and their sounds, there are still plenty of dubstep artists (Flux Pavilion, Excision, Bassnectar) that possess their own sets of sounds and have their own influence over other artists, probably as much or even moreso than him. The thing with Skrillex, though, is that he's never been solely dubstep. From the very beginning he incorporated electro house, and as time went on he started exploring more and more sounds. Looking at this album, there's glitch, trap, deep house, etc. I don't see this as him changing the definition of dubstep, per se, just incorporating these genres into his own personal style. He always seemed to me like someone who was willing to push the envelope.
