Usually every dlc has 2-4 characters and 3-4 PQs along with the new moves for the characters available for Custom characters from the PQs or TP medal shop. As a sentence summary of the dlcs

Hey bro this is a awesome video, I have a few recommendations 1st is timestamps. That would make things much easier instead of trying to go back and find every dlc. 2nd is when you say the super would(ex: I've been saving this kaioken) could you show what they do, that way people can easily see if their interested in it or not.
