For the average cinemogoer Sentry would basically be a superman copy with mental issues so I doubt he'll ever get a movie.
Brad Pitt would be amazing but I feel like Josh Holloway could get the Mental Instability down better

THOR is my favorite cheracter! I feel writers need to put villans up against a version Of THOR that is not at his fullest potential in order to avoid making It I posible to write an interesting narative.
I feel the same way Jake. Remender was all over the place with Thor. His Thor version was at a diminished potential.......yet it was still better than most writers in current history. I hated the fact that a giant worm kills the Sentry here.....but not the guy that broke Celestials and Galactus.

after watching these youtube videos, it just goes to show you how overrated thor is. the red hulk defeats thor with only 3 punches and this video shows sentry mopping the floor with thor
And in other releases he cassually sends a vilking hook down to earth in 1 punch. THor is not overrated the character just gets beat down by casual characters for the sake of the plot. The marvel follows scale of power but doesn't mean you are unbeatable especially for characters who are proven to always hold back like THor.

Apocalypse was never in his head. He just resurrected Sentry against his own will. Sentry is uber powerful. Apocalypse is literally just a speck towards Sentry. Sentry has his own free will, if apocalypse was able to control him he would of stopped Sentry from saving the earth from the falling celestial because apocalypse serves the celestials. The Sentry we have now has no mental illnesses so he can use the full extent of his powers
