So beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing. There are a couple homeless gentlemen I have in mind who will love these! I cannot wait to see their faces light up! I hope you are keeping well and that you have a great weekend! 🙏❤️🏴
I have a question, my bro locs is down to his butt the problem I’m having is making a tam that can hold the weight. The brim always slips down too much, am I not making it long enough or is it too long? I crochet it about half way down his back or higher then i start making the brim, any suggestions? A video would be great too 😊 Ps love your videos easy to follow and understand I made few scarf and beanie for my co-workers, thank you 🙏🏽
Yeah, I’m not sure. I don’t know what “slips down too much” means, so it’s especially hard to say. If you mean the brim area of the tam is being pulled up toward his hairline or even further back due to the weight of his hair, you could try using bead cord to help it stay on his head. I have a couple of videos where I show how to use bead cord. Good luck.
Greetings Atreyu, I am a beginner at crocheting. I sat up til 2am (eyeballs rolling to the back of my head) trying to accomplish a recreation of your beginner tam with no success and find myself coming up short everytime without a stitch count. HELP PLEASE😱😭 P.S. Beautiful Tam though

How long does it take you to finish a tam from start to finish?
Depends on the tam. Usually around an hour give or take.

Hello, do you make them for sale?
Sorry, no I don't.
You don’t give count on each round
Nope, I don't. I'm not like other crocheters. I have a different style.
