Great video! Every person getting a puppy should watch this. What you say is so true and not just for sheepdogs. Thank you for making these videos so people can hopefully learn something that will be useful; not just to them but to their future puppy as well!
Even though l have never trained, bred or even owned a border collie l totally agree with everything said in the video. I have always wanted to own & train a border collie but that never happened instead it was Strafford Bull Terriers, American bull dogs back in the 1980's then later in 2011 l bought my first Dutch Shepherd which l picked over a border collie as l wanted a personal protection dog. I will add one thing that l noticed in this video; it was the pup all by itself, that is the one l would most likely pick. I prefer a loner, though they seem harder to train as they are already showing you their independence eh?
