These Checkerboard Cookies really look impressive while the taste and texture is - 'melt in the mouth' ; buttery, crisp and soft with a blend of both Vanilla & Chocolate! Very easy to prepare at home and surprise your loved ones!
Ingredients used:
210g All Purpose Flour/ Maida
150g Butter Unsalted at room temperature
80g Powdered Sugar
50g Corn Flour/Corn Meal
1/4th tsp Salt
1/2tsp Vanilla
1tbsp Cocoa powder
