tv me hdmi input hota hei. output nahi.. what do you mean by making pc? didnt understand your question.
anyway you can connect your tv to your pc using hdmi. means you can use your tv as a pc monitor.but for that your pc must have hdmi output.

Sir printer should not be connected to a ups. It should be connected to the ac

Ups is also ac , they hv connected speaker so in place of speaker u can connect printer , scanner.
Or u can buy a ups which has more port
