Caramel
-100 g. of sugar
1 tablespoon of water
1 teaspoon of natural lemon juice
Pudding
4 eggs
125 g. of sugar
600 ml. of milk
1 teaspoon of orange blossom water flavouring
125 g. of Roscón de Reyes without filling
