@@bhavikakapoor9707 I'm just trying to say that they have done their MBBS from private colleges in which fees is comparatively double then that of government colleges ...so obviously they will feel like they are getting less then they paid to the colleges ..but seriously this salary is good as it goes on increasing with experience and it's just the starting..even an IPS don't get this amount in starting ...you can check ..

I want to add one thing here is that i think stipend also depends on cost of living of that particular city or state that's why in WB stipend is lil less as here cost of living is also very cheap compare to other state.. It's just my opinion anyone can correct me if I'm wrong..

West Bengal's Intern stripend is 28k (workload is also huge bt the amt. is gold for Interns) but Residency pay really isn't at par with the amount of workload. Plus bond also. This' the only con of West Bengal. Otherwise it's the best place to learn n grow. Least toxic state I'd say. Loved my Internship at my alma mater, NRSMC

This video will help to those people who have doubt that after completing their mbbs + internship, if they get selected in pg (md /ms ) they'll not get any kind of salary
,after watching this video now they got their answer that they'll get 70k per month salary during their pg (post-graduation)
And in first year of pg they get around 60-70k
In second year of pg they get around 80k
In third or final year of pg they get more than 80 k
There will be increment in the salary..
