- The training was in the afternoon. When everybody left the stadium, she touched the ice a while. In skating final in that evening, she fell down FOUR times to get rank #4. IOC said there won't be medals and ceremony if Kamila was in top 3.

Прошёл почти год с момента олимпиады. Помню, как переживала за Камилу и плакала вместе с ней. Как же легко можно сломать на 100% физически подготовленного спортсмена эмоционально... Но как же я рада спустя год видеть её такой невероятно сильной и мудрой. Камила, будь! Миру нужен твой большой талант!

@이나 while i agree she shouldn’t have been allowed to compete here because of that test result, you can easily find footage of her skating her entire life with negative results. the dosage on the sample was very small anyway. you can critique the ISU for allowing her to compete but you can’t deny her skill. she’s a minor so be angry with her abusive coaches, not Kamila.

If she's at fault, her assigned adult guardians are the ones to take responsibility. This would've been a different story if she was 17-18.

So it is doubtful whether the substance was at all there, let alone the fact that she took it. And with the hysteria that started around Russian skaters precisely after the team event with Kami's participation finished and interrogation throughout the night before the most important event of her life, normal people just seriously suspect that this all was a well orchestrated move against Russia's greatest Olympic hope. Of course, nothing personal - only business...

Puede parecer inferior porque no siempre le sale limpio, pero eso es porque ella hace cosas mucho más difíciles que Kamila y Anna, cuando haces lo que hace Sasha claro que puedes tener errores más frecuentes porque es algo con un nivel de dificultad enfermo, pero si haces solo dos quads como Anna o tres como Kamila es mucho más fácil que te salga limpio, además que la técnica de Sasha se apega mucho más a la correcta y siempre está en evolución, a diferencia de la técnica de Anna y Kamila que es muy mala y nunca evoluciona lo cuál hace que les sea más fácil todo

I don’t know if you are purposefully not seeing the very clear mistakes in her technique (brought on by Eteri’s coaching methods) or can’t see them or what, but Kamila isn’t the best. I hope you and everyone who thinks like this reevaluates the narratives and storylines that you are creating about this child. She didn’t “pretend” to not receive her medal, this poor young woman succumbed to the insane amount of pressure and scrutiny placed on her after she was questionably allowed to compete. They abused this child, drugged her so that she could do these quads, and let her take the fall for it. Undeniably, Kamila has always been talented, but Eteri’s camp caused her to regress and its unknown how many problems she will have in the future due to being doped and taught atrocious technique that has left some of her teammates partially disabled. Please think twice before praising any of these young Russian athletes.
I agree with you and I think the plan was to let her skate, thinking that she would do everything to get a medal, and then annul all the Russian podium skaters.

Here is the proof we need. Don't say she was stressed. She was stressed in SP and got the first place. She might make one or two mistakes in FP, but FOUR times for a skater like her can't be explained. Eteri saw it too and that's why she wasn't happy.
After reading your comment I am now wondering if it was Kamila's decision to throw her skate and not the coaches. It might have been a discussion of conflict between them as Kamila wanted to get off the podium but Eteri wanted her to fight and so pushed her. That would explain Eteri's questions to Kamila off the ice...she knew Kamila gave up.

@@esirreal1 that's the point OP was trying to say. In short program she was facing the same pressure and did just fine. For her to make several mistakes like she did is unexplainable unless she just gave up, pressure or no pressure.

I think it is just an opinion that she is such a great skater and has been to many top level competitions and not only won but crushed it, so the likelihood she made 4 crucial mistakes is really unbelievable. As many champions have shown, the adrenaline in a setting like this only helps as both her teammates were perfect under pressure. Athletes like them do better under pressure, not the other way around usually.

Скорее всего жертва собой, ради победы команды. Ведь есть в нашей многонациональной стране дух, который невозможно сломить. Она, маленькая девочка, принесла себя в жертву, ради всей команды, и я более чем уверен, это не приказ или убеждения взрослых, это её личное решение, и ведь как она это сделала, настолько точно всё выполнить, занять именно 4 место, филигранная работа...

I mean do you need more proof that the falls were on purpose and as a consequence of all the drama going on around her??? Because even if she was nervous or whatever it would have shown at least a little no? Also Sasha wouldnt have gotten that mad about not being first unless she knew that Kamila was going to purposefully fall, there was no way Sasha thought that if Kamila did a clean performance she would still take the gold
Stop covering for Kamila's failure. She is now known as the worst performing skater! Kamila's performance wasnt fake. She was not able to take the medicine so she sucked. She tried to do more flips to gain more score but she kept falling!
@@teehee8101 OMG please inform youself a little bit about the issue you are talkng about, otherwise you really make a fool out of yourself. First of all, in figure skating there are no drugs that can be used to enhance the performance in the moment, there are performance-enhancement drugs that are used during their training (previous to their competitions) so they have more endurance and can work for longer periods of time, etc, therofere in the future having better results. The drugs that kamila is currently accused of having taked are the latter, therefore what you are saying doesnt make sense. If she was drugging herseld, she was not taking these drugs during the Olympics because they would bring any benefits, its just science. Therefore the results of the performance are definetly not the consequence of her having taken or not drugs for it. Some people say that the pressure of the whole situation got to her, I respectfully, having been following her carreer and seeing clips of her like this one where she does exceptionally well just before the performance, I think some of the mistakes were purposeful.

As fans, we really shouldn't publicly speculate that an athlete of Kamila's caliber deliberately threw a match. All I know is, her "errors," just enough to warrant a 4th place finish, guaranteed a gold and a silver for her teammates. Well done, Kamila; I salute you.
She would not throw a match so that the Japanese skater could finish third. Moreover, it's the Olympics. There's nothing to throw.
Yeah circumstances were different. Imagine the pressure this lil girl had to deal with during that week. Her name WAS the story of this olympic, and not in a good way. Her short program was an indication of what was to come. Its sad. It was about 10 points lower than her performance from team event. She wasnt her best. Then the free program came, …. Disaster. But she was able to finish 4th! Imagine how sucky the #5 position felt. Kamila messed up but was still placed higher lol

She should skate when she’s ready and this whole storm of scandals are far and away. What just happened to these Russian teenage skaters were very traumatic. I haven’t seen such conclusion to women’s figure skating event be that disturbing. Very difficult to watch

How did the Russians rob Yuna? They didn't, because 1. Yuna's watered-down LP wasn't even worth the silver she got, and 2. The judging panels are just composed of judges from one country. #moron
