The respect part....watch out for a narcissist. They’ll eventually give and do very little but still expect to be teated like the center of the universe. Worse than that, if you try to talk and explain your feelings, they will stonewall, blame you, or give you a non-answer. Aka : “I’m sorry that you feel that way. I wish you wouldn’t.” Notice no empathy. No real interest in give and take. No interest in changing a behavior. Just a fake apology. With a person who has NPD, nothing you say or do will be enough.

You make it seem as if it's a black and white issue where one side is 100% right and the other is 100% wrong and, of course, it's guys who are invariably wrong. Carlos I want your opinion I’ve asked several of these dating gurus what to do about my situation with my ex-husband we were married together for 19 years and we have four children last year we divorced because of an affair he was having with a coworker he dated her for a little while and of course they broke up because it was a rebound and then just in June he came to me Clement how much she was still in love with me and I went all gung ho thinking that we were going to get back together I thought that he loved me you know we would be a family again and now here for months later he’s totally put the brakes on not sure what to do but just to give him space
Well, guys, I don't like the expression " cool chick". That sounds like a hook - up to me. I think a man should look for a lady with female qualities, whom he can imagine as being the mother of his children. Not some sort of chick. A lady is not a tom- boy and if you're looking for a serious relationship, she shouldn't be one. I was never a girl, guys could just have fun with. The fun part is reserved for the man I love, not for any kind of boy who just wants to have fun.
