thank you so much for this warmup! after not practicing as much in the past few years i thought my ability to sing in a higher range was gone. turns out i just needed a video like this ❤
This one...Head Voice is pretty tough for me. These exercises have helped to sharpen it up and have given me a higher range! Soooo good. Keep em comin. 😊 and thank you so much, Ms. Tina. Cheers
This voice warm-up exercise has been a lifesaver for me. I began singing when I was 8 years old and have since become a professional singer. But to be frank, I never did any warm-ups before singing or doing concerts because it wasn't a big deal when I was growing up, and I regret that immensely. Now that I am 51 years old, I can hear my voice deteriorating, so I have decided to give it a try. And boy! What a dramatic improvement it made! I just wish I had started this long ago. I am grateful to you and the Lord for discovering your channel. Although I've watched many channels for vocalizing, I'm stuck in your channel. I have noticed a significant improvement in my voice after 2 weeks of doing this every morning while getting ready for work. I was unaware of the extent of my throat opening up. I am no longer struggling to hit a high falsetto. Yahoo! I am so excited to learn this new techniques. Thank you so much and keep up the good work. Your assistance is greatly appreciated by many people. God bless you!
Tina, I found these exercises so helpful. My voice is bass- baritone range, I found after F5 up to C6 my voice cut out and I had to sing down the octave. Do you have advice should I try to relax to see if I could hit those higher notes in head voice?😲
Thank you, in a few weeks I've already been noticing improvement. Only exercise in which I don't actually get a proper sound out, is with the owl-like "ooh" vowel, even though I can reach it on "ah." Do you perhaps have any tips?
Hi Tina! I just found you and im super happy! Your Videos are so much helpful! I have a question . In the high notes my Voice is cracking … I feel Like im Pushing to much. Also i think im an Alto, because I feel much comfortable in the lower notes. Is it possible to get higher when I keep on going practicing? Or do I just have to stop when my voice is cracking?
The whole point of the video is for singers who are more experienced to practice on their own without a voiceover. Its a follow along video like a workout video. If you are having trouble following along, a beginner level video is suggested.
