Fun video, glad you had a nice diverse day in Portland! Sorry you were sent to those food carts, that section of downtown in particular isn't the best. Since covid there hasn't been many people returning to the office, and that area really only relied on the Monday to Friday crowd. Since it's so empty these days it's not very fun to visit. The largest and best pod in the city, about 6 blocks away and covering a full city block, is now being replaced by a Ritz Carlton hotel, no fair haha. Anyway hope you enjoyed your time and thanks for the great tour😊

Thank you! we are having such a good time! we unfortunately won't have enough time to get to any of the major national parks even though we desperately want to! Maybe on our return trip before we fly back to Aus though, you never know!

I'm the farthest thing from a TH-cam guru, but I generally don't watch USA videos (because I'm American) but i find your Australian perspective quite interesting since we share semi-similar (but still different) cultural perspective. Just a thought... might grab some other American's attention.
Hi Jordan and Emily, looks like you had a nice day in Portland. Whenever you hear news feeds about Portland they usually mention how bad the Homeless problem has gotten there. They say the police can't arrest these people and they are causing all kinds of problems with the residents. When Jordan mentioned the Food Trucks weren't in the best part of town, I can only imagine how bad it was. It is nice that you were able to experience and NBA game while here in the USA. Are you guys planning to travel to any other places in the USA?
It did seem a little bit unsettled where we were and we had also heard things that made us a little worried so we thought it was best to move along! We do plan on spending sometime on the east coast, most likely NY, Philly and Washington!

We were a bit upset that portland lost the plot in the 3rd quarter and that beer was so expensive 😄 other than that we loved it!
