DA wins court case as Supreme Court rules against the ANC

The ANC's power-grab decision to put Tshwane under administration has been dismissed with costs by the Supreme Court of Appeal.
Over the last few months, Tshwane residents have been unlawfully denied their rights by the ANC, this is an important victory for democracy.
